• All Time Customer Support: Please contact us through Amazon Messages if you find anything wrong with your ring or simple reply to the message where you receive the 3D mock up. We are a US based seller and we take full responsibility for any initial defect with no question asked.

• Change&Cancellation: The product is personalized therefore cannot be resold. Once we start to make the ring there is no way to recover the cost. WE will send the 3D mock up for your review in 24 hours. Pls make sure to reply our messages in 24 hours if any change/cancellation is required.
